Closing arguments are set for today in the hearing that will decide if convicted killer Scott Peterson should get a re-trial over potential juror misconduct. The hearing for Thursday are set to begin at 10am in a Redwood City courtroom. Peterson was found guilty of killing his wife, Lacy, and unborn son nearly 20 years ago. Peterson's attorney's are claiming a juror from the 2004 trial was not truthful in her background, accusing the female juror of misconduct for not disclosing she was a victim of domestic violence. It is not expected for the judge to announce the decision of a new trial until November.
