$10K Reward Offered After Man's Dog Was Stolen During Walk In Stockton

Officials with the Stockton Police Department and Stockton Crime Stoppers are offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of a dog napper. SPD say the German Shepherd was stolen in the area of Santa Paula Way and Ponce De Leon Avenue last Monday. The dog is described as a 1 1/2-year-old female German Shepherd, Malinois mix with a black nylon leash and metal chain. The suspect is being described as a black male about 25-40 years old and stands at roughly 5'8 - 5'11 in height. The victim said he was threatened with an unknown object by two robbers who stole the dog and ran away.
