Two large Bay Area storage tanks caught fire and began burning out of control at the Nustar Energy Refinery fire in Rodeo on Tuesday afternoon. Video shows the tanks completely engulfed in flames and fire that spread to the grass on the nearby hillside.
There was no immediate word on what exactly was being stored in the tanks. The nearby Cummings Skyway was been closed at San Pablo Avenue. The Cummings Skyway on-and-off-ramps from Interstate-80 were also closed.
