Members of a family caught on video fighting inside Disneyland are now being charged for being a part of the brawl that has been widely viewed on social media.

The three people facing charges are members of the same extended family. Two are from Compton, the third person is from Las Vegas.

Avery Desmond-Edwinn Robinson, 35, of Las Vegas, is facing five felony charges and nine misdemeanors for attacking his sister, brother-in-law, and his girlfriend. He is also alleged to have endangered his child and three other children who were at Disneyland with the family, while also threatening to kill members of his family as he drove out of a parking lot at the theme park. Prosecutors accuse Robinson of assaulting a Disneyland employee with his vehicle after the family was escorted out of the park by security officers.

During the fight inside the park Avery Robinson made several comments, including saying, "I'm ready to go to jail tonight." He referenced a Southern California gang, according the office of Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer.

Robinson is looking at a maximum of a little more than seven years in state prison if he's found guilty of all charges made against him. He is currently being held at the Orange County Jail.

Andrea Nicole Robinson, 40, of Compton is facing five misdemeanor charges, including four misdemeanor changes of battery for attacking her brother Avery, his girlfriend, and a Disneyland employee. She is also facing one count of misdemeanor assault for attacking her brother’s girlfriend.

She could serve between two and three years in jail if convicted.
