Two non-profits are getting a financial boost thanks to help from American River Bank.

American River Bank President and CEO Dave Ritchie says helping local non-profits is important to the bank.  "We're always looking for great organizations that we partner with in the communities we serve, so we're really proud of that."

The funds come from the Federal Home Loan Bank which worked with American River Bank to award the grants to the two organizations.
